BTW, the interim file system also accepts three types of files without
a need for an entry in SITE.CATALOG :
 
listname WELCOME
listname FAREWELL
listname MAILTPL
 
And yes, this is by design, in answer to an earlier question...I think
it was on this list, might have been LSTOWN-L.
