I have posted this before and I misplace the reply I got. I tried to look into back
issues of List archives and did not find anything. Here is the question again :-)
 
I have a list with Validate= Yes,Confirm, NoPW. Now I need to add a lot of
subscribers as a job:
 
QUIET ADD listname DD=X IMPORT
//X DD *
user1
user2
user3
/*
 
After the ok confimation, I got the error: "DDname "X" not found in job stream."
 
I try to relax the Validate= No and restart the Listserv, same thing.
