I have an interesting problem.  I can not find the solution or where it
is coming from.  The list of archives are in both caps and lower case.
This actually started a bit ago.  So what i have is half the list names
all in caps.  The other half in lower case.
This would not be a big deal except it sorts them the all caps are on
top then starts over with the a's in lower case.  Most users as well as
my self would not think to keep scrolling on down.

Any one have an idea on this one?
