I am the User Services Coordinator for The New School For Social
Research, a private university in New York City.  I have a request from a
department to set up 5 mailing lists, populated by faculty and staff
globally.  Each list would have between 20 - 100 subscribers, but I don't
have any idea of the traffic.  I would greatly welcome assistance or
information that could be provided.
