In any case, the problem has not occurred with any other file (at least
recently), and I don't know how to reproduce it: when I send a ND file
to LISTSERV (e.g. a THANKS cmd), the server (and the system) behaves OK.
Therefore, I assumed that it was not our fault.
 
But it is true that during July (just a few days before I went on
vacation), there was such a problem with spool files,  and I learned
later that other nodes had experienced similar difficulties with the
HPO spool system.
The systems people knew about the problem, and checked it with IBM.
Also, Jose Maria was here (when on vacation), and kindly took a look to
the problem at that time.
The problem disappeared (?) after a system-maintenance session.
 
All I can say is that I'm very sorry if we caused the problem, and that
I will check it again with the systems people (there is none of them
here now).
Have any (other) of you experienced these problems with our server
lately ?  (I mean, for the last 60 days).
