I'm might be tottaly mistaken, but I think that lately responses between
UGA and PSU are slower.
When UGA was in 1.7f used to send respond faster to/from PSU. Does
FQDN/NJE has to do with it? I don't think so.
 
A related question:
 When you have a peered list (all supported by 1.8a) and List-Address=FQDN
what is the recommended way to specify the Peers= keyword ?
Using their BITNET or INTERNET addresses? Does it mak any difference?
