LISTEARN 1.0 distribution has been delayed a couple of days to work on
the new encoding schemes (they failed if the record length was huge)
 
Meanwhile, I'd like to warn server writers, or other software users
which receive listserv mail messages of the header change with this
version: The old "To:"  line, which showed  the user's ID has been
replaced by a line that has the format:
 
To:   Multiple Recipients of  <list@node>
 
if this is undesirable for you, or if you need a transition period, you
may opt for the compatibility option which will force LISTEARN not to
use the BSMTP method of distribution. (Not to be confused with LISTSERV's
BSMTP, which may not be identical) To do so, place:
 
BSMTP = 0
 
in your LOCAL SYSVARS A file (only if you are a registered LISTEARN site)
at the beginning of any line in this file.    Regards, -turgut
