LISTSEND enhanced to run under VM/XA

I've  just stored  a  new version  of  LISTSEND EXEC,  the  user interface  to
LISTSERV  DISTRIBUTE, which  supports  VM/XA  SF and  SP.  PUNCH settings  are
slightly different under  VM/XA. A bug which  caused RFDRs to be  sent HOLD if
00D was  spooled HOLD has also  been fixed. People  who are AFDed to  the file
should receive a copy shortly.
