The "owner-" userid is generally what is used when
list distributions "bounce."
 
It seems THIS WEEK, that sysadmins at all the universities
in the world ;-) are now getting around to deleting userids
that no longer exist.  Guess what: this causes bounces!
 
I wish I got paid by the bounce.
