I'd like to be able to configure LISTSERV to add List-Unsubscribe,
List-Subscribe, etc. headers to individual lists, through a keyword in the
list's headers, and to set defaults (which headers to generate, or none) in
site.cfg . Is this under consideration for 1.8d?

PS-Yes, I realize this would add significantly to the volume of traffic,
but for our lists I think the benefits would greatly outweight the costs.
