The LISTSERV distributed Join / Leave page (SUBEDIT-MAIN) is used to subscribe, unsubscribe, and change subscription options.  A disconcerting behavior of this page, if you are not logged in, is that after clicking a button to subscribe or update you subscription options, the page is redisplayed with the default radio button and checkbox settings.  

I have written a JavaScript 1.1 script named ElementSync that synchronizes the radio buttons and checkboxes to display the subscriber selected settings from the query string.  To see the script added to the distributed SUBEDIT-MAIN page, from the http://LISTSERV.MORINO.ORG home page, enter ELEMENTSYNC then click the GO button, on the next page click +ACI-Join or leave the list+ACI-. 

The script is commented and can be viewed with your browser's View Source feature. There have been no reported problems with the script.
