On LISTSERV@YALEVM and LISTSERV@YALEADS the userid POSTMAST is defined
as the primary postmaster. POSTMAST can LSVPUT LISTSERV FILELIST (PUT
with CTL authority on YALEVM, but not YALEADS. POSTMAST is defined
the same way in LOCAL SYSVARS on both machines. Other lesser postmasters
on YALEADS do not have this problem. What do we need to do to fix this?
