No.  THe filename is wrong anyway.  Weekly logs are LOGyymmx where X is any of
ABCD or E.  so this would need to be  listname.LOG9511A

And no you can't do it via GET/PUT (unless to correct filename already exists).
IT would be a violation of LISTSERV's security model to allow you to create
arbitrary files on the server.
