Also, once this knee-deep in alligator problem is solved, the question
then becomes what you can do, if anything, to prevent this kind of thing
from reoccurring e.g., do you need a moderated list? do you need to have
confirmed (via a cookie-based OK) posting?  Are there human processes
that need to be created or updated?
