Chris,
That's part of the problem. I believe when they post a message to the list,
they don't get an email back that says it didn't go through. It just
'disappears'. I have other users posting and receiving messages on the
lists just fine. The customer's email admins have been made aware of the
problem and hopefully they will be contacting me regarding this today.

I would want to take a look at the messages that they are receiving on their
side when they try to subscribe or when they attempt a post to the list.
Are others able to post w/out issue?

I currently have 2 email addresses subscribed to our list that can't receive
or send any email to the list. I've re-subscribed them a couple of times
and checked their settings. Everything seems fine. I actually had to re-do
a list and they were on the old one, and everything worked fine. If anyone
has some suggestions on what to check for I would appreciate it.
