k thanks]
I have posted a couple of folow up questions on this topic , could
please look into those?
One major problem right now is,
I have an announcement only list as in
Send = Editor
Default-options = NOPOST
I do not want the people in the list to be able to post to the list,
instead they shud get a rejection message immediatwely.
On the contrary, I get an email telling me that my message has been sent
to thr editor.
Also, after the editor sends an announcement to the list members, they
get a 2nd email telling them that 'listserv' has posted to the list.
Is there anyway this can be turned off, so that no matter what listserv
does , all the users don't get notifications.
Thanks

This and other things are covered in the List Owner Manual Chap 5.3
http://www.lsoft.com/Manuals/1.8e/Owner/owner.html#_Toc9154258
You might also benefit from looking at the new List Owners Introduction
Manual
