2 quick questions

How can I remove one specific message from the web archives?  (Ive
looked at the archives and wasn’t very successfull)

Also even tough Ive set
Notebook= Yes,/d5/webs/archives/grassroots,Weekly,Private
For a Subscription= Open,Confirm list the web archives are still
publicly available. How come? (And no its not because of the cookie on
my management station which knows im a member.)
