A department here has been looking at some bulk email software to purchase
and one of the "selling-points" is that it sends out the mail
one-at-a-time rather than sending the mail out in bunches per domain.
Is this a setting that can be used with Listserve? I've been reading the
documentation on both the SMTP and list settings, along with the
documentation on Listserve's distribution tool and I'm not finding any
answers -- though "one-at-a-time" might not be the accepted technical term
I should be using to search for.
According to the sellers of the bulk email software, this "one-at-a-time"
type of mailing makes it simpler to avoid having your mass emails be
tagged as spam.
Any thoughts on this? Any pointers to the listserve and/or smtp settings
if it's possible? (I've also got a query in to LSoft about Maestro
information, if that's the only way to go about it...)
