Well, the list is Send= Editor and Editor= [log in to unmask], who is
listed as an owner. The person submitting the message,
[log in to unmask], does not have authority to post directly to
the list, so the editor gets his message for approval.
If this isn't what you were expecting, given the list's settings,
what is the desired behavior?
