 I'm currently operating my lists on a yearly 
 license. But I'm planning to buy a permanent
 license. I'd like to upgrade to version 14.5
 first. 

  What's the process for upgrading from 14.4
 to 14.5?  On the site I only see an evaluation
 download available.
