If you can pay, you probably want Lsoft's EASE service:

a 150 subscriber list would be $5 or $10 setup (depending on how much
you could do yourself), and $21/month. More if you have archives and
they go over 1mb. Additional megabytes are $0.25/month.
You MAY be able to find free hosting at a university or other org.
ListServ(R) is not too difficult to administer, and if you like, I could
help you get started.
You could also consider the free lists at yahoogroups. Talk to Ron
(Husky-4-Life). No support. :-(
