An excellent idea.  Another good one along the same lines that is even
easier to implement... LISTSERV/NETSERV 'AFD' processing!  You already
have a distribution list (more or less) and nobody was expecting the files
until the AFD time anyway... so you would wait LESS depending on where you
are in relation to the server.
