I did no DATABASE REFRESH but immediately after starting I checked
  BITEARN (static)
  LISTS   (static on filedisk)
          BTW: can you code the same (e.g X2/202) for the FILEDISK sysvar ?)
  PEERS   (static on A)
  CICS-L  (dynamic, NOTEBOOKs)
with no  problems at all. Also  only for BITEARN  and PEERS I found  a DBNAMES
file. Thus only BITEARN would require it in my case.
