Well, it's Owner(listname), without 's'. I know, I know, I ought to document
all of this.

It is not mandatory to delete the FILEID entry. 80 bytes lost, but no side
effect unless you re-enter a definition for the same file at a later time.

1. LSVPUT fn ft (DELETE --> should delete the actual file.
2. TELL LISTSERV GET fileist (CTL, RECEIVE, XEDIT, remove the description.
