Now we're up to another simple question:  (this is after "how do I add
a filelist to LISTSERV")
 
How do I add a database to LISTSERV?  One of our non-privileged
users (well, he can put a file) wants to put a file on LISTSERV
and use the LISTSERV database functions.
 
Any simple answers, or did I skim past that part in the documentation?
Or, have I gotten to the point where I'm supposed to be familiar with
LISTSERV enough that I read the code?
