I've noticed that the MAXGETQ value is enforced even for local users.
I would like to change things so that local users are not subject to
this restriction, preferably without having to modify LSV$GETQ EXEC.
Is there a way which I can give a generic value to GETQWAIVE  (for
instance *@UCF1VM) so that I can specify that *all* local users may
help themselves?  Or is code modification the only answer?
