Sorry  Turgut but  I don't  understand  the problem  you are  mentioning.
LISTSERV  won't reply  to  you with  TELL messages  unless  you sent  the
request via  TELL messages (in which  case, given the way  RSCS works, if
your node  is in the  tables you will get  the reply), or  you explicitly
asked for Reply-via=MSG. If the LAN user  sends his command in a piece of
mail, he will get a piece of mail for a reply.
