LISTSERV does not distribute files, but card decks. A line in a card deck
is by definition limited to 80 bytes, but you can build a card deck which
has a particular meaning to a particular program, like DMSDDL or VMSDUMP,
and causes it to create a file with arbitrary attributes when you receive
it. You can use Jose-Maria's LISTSEND  program for that purpose, or do it
manually.
