Probably not (other than sending a junk file to INTERBIT and seeing what
mailer answers).

This is absolutely impossible to say, it depends on the list of
recipients. Only CUNY is defined in the tables, so LISTSERV will take
steps to direct the job to a place as close to CUNY as possible.
Depending on where you are and what recipients you have, this could be
any of a dozen servers or so, which are served by different actual
INTERBIT's. LISTSERV can't do otherwise since there is no place in any of
the network tables that even mentions the other INTERBIT's. Hopefully
this will change soon.
