LISTSERV won't let you remove the  entry without removing the file first,
because  that would  create  a stray  file that  would  waste disk  space
forever.  And it  can't delete  it  for you  when you  remove the  entry,
because  the file  might be  needed for  other things.  Just use  the PUT
command to delete the file and then remove the FILELIST entry as you did.
