It does not.
The LISTSERV db LISTS is at 18 sites, none of which is at BITNIC.
If a file exists at BITNIC, it is obsolete. If your list is
not confidential, then usually within 24-h after you create the
lists, the LISTS db is updated. I believe the PEERS db (at all
LISTSERV backbone sites) is similarly updated. Here is a current
