If a user posts to a LISTSERV list specifying a REPLY-TO address,
does that impact the return address for any rejected messages ??
    ie normally errors from a list distribution ( in this case, from
APOSOC-L at PSUVM ) go back to the list/host-LISTSERV.
    A review of this list shows: Reply-To= sender, respect
                                 Errors-To= owner
    In the distributed item:
             "Sender" points to the list
             "From" points to the original poster
 
    Errors at bigvax.ALFRED.edu ( apparently a vax ) are bouncing
    to the poster instead of to the list.
 
    Is this working properly, is it a VMS system zinger, or <?> ???
