Though I think "duplicate" rejection checking can be turned
off, I don't think I would do that.  It's usually better
for the posters, list-owner, network, site administrators,
and receivers of messages to learn HOW to compose a proper
note: removing imbedded headers from the body of text, excess
verbiage, signatures.
 
All you need is one "loop" of dulicates being rebroadcasted
to a list to (usually) convince you.
