When a note is sent to the owner of a list, it appears that the
note is only sent to the first owner of the list. Is that correct?
 
If a list owner, who is the second owner on the owner list, sends
out a note to the list, is the from field suppose to change to
owner-list-l?
 
Is it common for replies to get sent to the postmaster because
the reply field gets mixed up and the note can't be delivered?
