I don't know how to fix your mailer, but the problem can be
bypassed (the loop) by having the owner of DBLIST update
its definitions so that
FILTER= ALSO,*postmast*@*,admin-corp*@*,UCX_SMTP*@*
Of course the [log in to unmask] shoud be unsubed.
