With 1.8b, you can add "Notebook-Headers= FULL". This function is also
available in the VMS/unix/NT versions.

There's no advantage or disadvantage, it's just a matter of personal
taste. FULL headers are compatible with the current default headers, they
just have more information. IETF headers are not compatible and likely to
confuse non-technical users.

A name had to be chosen, and most of the people lobbying for these
headers were also quite vocal on the IETF list.
