My dealings with AOL have been quite up to standard. David O'Donnell
has always gotten back to me within a reasonable amount of time--often
the same day. He went to the trouble to set up an AOL usenet echo of
one of my high-volume lists that was causing AOL subscribers to have
full mailboxes.
Say what you want about AOL--and certainly some of their users don't
know their way around very well--but their service people get things
done in an orderly fashion.
