I want to *allow* anonymous posts to my list Allergy at

If I use the Filter = Also  where I already have postmasters etc, will
that prevent
 
SUBSCRIPTIONS or
 
POSTS or
 
both?
 
Please, I'm also interested in the same question from a SYSVARS point of
view (assuming TAMU has that kind of capability).  8=]'
