Hmmm, he doesn't have time to assist, but he DOES have time to threaten
to lodge a complaint.  Think about that.
 
BTW, is your list setup to SEND= EDITOR, SUBSCRIPTION=OPEN,CONFIRM,
EDITOR= OWNER,(listname) ?
