I am looking to take over an existing List for the television show
FRIENDS!
 
The list administrator has stated that he will no longer be able to
administer this list, but I would like to start a list of my own.  I
am looking for a host site for this list, which will have 200 to 500
subscribed users, and 25 to 50 posts per day.
