Quick question for anyone who has had this type of experence....

I have a number of listserv lists on a Unix system that are moving to a
NT box. How can I export the names and all the information on the unix
boxes (SGI Irix) and cleanly moves them over to the NT box.

I don't really see this type of information on how to do this in the
manual.
