Umm.. first guess I have is a disk filled up?  Of course, that SHOULD have
caused things to go belly up around item 33, and not left things going
astray for another 17 messages.

Second guess is a directory permissions problem (you seem to be on an AIX 4.2
box).  Break out the 'ls -l' and 'df' and start checking. ;)

I'd probably have a third guess too, but I'm undercaffienated
at the moment... ;)
