I don't know how my list co-owners handle it, but I give themn one warning
and tell them if they do it again they are out; if they do they are,
period.  Of course they are free to resub but maybe they'll remember to
set NOMAIL before invoking vacation/out-of-office.  Lest anyone ask, yes,
I do remember who out of 6 - 7 thousand has a tendency to do this and who
has been given a warning which has not been heeded (do something that
really irritates me and, lousy as I am at remembering people's names, I
remember).
