I run a moderated list in which the daily threshold for individual users
is set to 5 posts per day.

I understand that the counter is reset at midnight.  My question is: if a
user posts 3 messages before midnight, and I don't approve them until
after midnight, do these three messages count against the current or
previous day's quota?
