You know...  now that you mention it, it seems like most of the ones I 
have had problems with involved some level of outsourcing.  The last one 
was a DNS issue where that function was outsourced.  I think they ended up 
changing domain names to get away from that outsourcing contractor.  Talk 
about drastic.
