Well, what I'm talking about isn't tied to purchase of your software.
You come up with a comprehensive manual for listowners and the listowners
buy it (I would) and the purchase entitles the purchaser to a year (or
so many issues) of updates.  After that continued updates requires paid
subscription (you got my money).  Lots of law publishers do it this way
and make big bucks.  I don't care how much money you make (as long as
you make enough to stay in business and continue to improve LISTSERV),
but I really would like to see LSOFT put out a good printed manual
for those listowners who want it.
 
Do fellow listowners have any comments on this?  Would you buy it
if he made it available?
