Folks ...

I have a list member, one who normally is quite careful to understand
things, telling me that file attachments posted to the list are not
available to him as a digest subscriber, nor are they being archived.

As far as I know we have not set any option to accomplish this, and as I
recall there was a recent discussion requesting exactly this option
because it _didn't_ exist.

Anybody have an idea of how this might be happening, or why he might think
it's happening when it isn't?
