If the list is subscribe by owner, you fix it before you send it in.
After the fact, just send a subscribe again to listserv and it will
overlay the bad name.
i.e.

QUIET ADD listname [log in to unmask] Firstname Lastname
// EOJ
I am not sure how the hotmail users can avoid this. Perhaps a few blank
lines after the listserv command?
