Hi, can anyone explain to me what the "we don't relay" errors mean
that show up in the daily monitoring report now and then.  A couple
of my subscribers were deleted because of it.  They show up
periodically for the same subscribers.

I'd like to tell them what to tell their ISPs to solve the problem.
Two examples:
