Hmm. I didn't have that problem in the two cases I ran across. In one
case, only the one From: address was being blocked, and the
subscriber could receive messages from all other addresses posting to
the list. I suspect she must have accidentally hit "this is spam" on
the wrong message. In the other case, the sender was the subscribers'
teacher and I just sent him the instructions for him to print out and
give to his students in person.

On a public list, the best you can do it put a link to the
instructions on the list's web page, and hope they notice.
